HP Month End Posting

On our call today we confirmed that we can post money or charges before the month is closed in HP.

We need to change the batch date (usually auto fills to today’s date) to the next month (example: if it was July 27 and money/charges were done for July, we could open a batch with the batch date of 08/01/2016 and this would be reported in Aug) . The batch number is what we name it, but the batch date drives what month it gets reported. Hopefully that makes sense.
