Did You Know... that there are several major HIPAA Rules projects for covered entities? Two major separate (but related) written Policies & Procedures are required for both HIPAA Privacy and HIPAA Security in order for practices to be compliant.

HIPAA Security Rules	The compliance deadline was April 20th, 2005
